1 John 5:14-15

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, He heareth us: And if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. (1 John 5:14-15)

Oh Lord Jesus, save me from death; save me from my sin. Let this be the prayer of the saints, almighty God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We are to pray blessing, not cursing. While riding in a car, I saw a tree branch over a phone line, and the wind was blowing very heavily. I prayed that the LORD would have mercy and not allow the branch to break the phone line. I knew in my Spirit that God had answered that prayer. Then, I thought to myself, you know, what would have happened if I prayed for the branch to fall? Would that have been God's will? And what would Jesus say to me after I am dead and standing before Him in judgment? Glory to God that He has allowed us to pray blessing instead of cursing!

However, Jesus DID pray cursing on some things! He even cursed whole cities! Most people try to explain away these occurrences; like Jesus' denunciation of Capernaum, Chorazin, Jerusalem, and other cities, as well as cursing the fig tree on the way to Jerusalem. The people who like to explain away these things usually have a problem with someone in their church who proclaim a curse upon workers of iniquity rather than a blessing. They try to say that God wants us to pray for their health and prosperity, when the Bible clearly states that we should pray for their souls to be afflicted by the weight of their sin instead!

God wants to give the heathen His Spirit, which only comes by bringing the sinner to the end of themselves, not by adding upon them heaps of stuff or blessings. I am not saying to not pray for the prosperity of your enemies, but what I am saying is that Jesus Christ Himself prayed cursings upon those that rejected Him, and we should not try to explain away His actions to justify our lack of boldness and courage.

There is currently a crisis in the Middle East, and I encourage anyone who comes to this site to pray RIGHT NOW for peace in the Middle East...but there is a catch! The only true peace that will come to Israel is when the Messiah, Jesus Christ, comes to claim His Kingdom when He descends with fire and glory on top of the Mount of Olives and usurps the throne from the man of sin in Jerusalem. Instead of praying for the peace of this world for Israel, which will eventually decay into the great tribulation, pray "Maranatha LORD Jesus Christ!" Only when Yeshua Ha'Maschiah, Jesus Christ, comes will true peace come to the Middle East and in the world! Praise God for His infinite wisdom and providential design for all humanity!

Holy LORD Jesus, I pray you reveal your truth as your word puts it and not try to lean on our own understanding in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

I want alot of Jesus in my heart and soul, because when He comes back to purify us through His fire, I want to give Him a very large offering when I am sacrifice. Glory to Jesus!
