In Revelation 17:5, John saw a woman arrayed in colors, gold, and jewels riding upon a beast with seven heads and ten crowns; upon her forehead was written MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. What is this Babylon? According to 1 Peter 5:13, the church at around 40 AD knew this Babylon very well. Historically, the real city of Babylon was destroyed, but the apostle Peter was talking about something else; the apostle Peter was speaking of the city of Rome. Is Rome today Mystery Babylon? Yes and no: yes, because that was Mystery Babylon during the time of the apostles; and no, because Rome of today does not have the kingdom it once had during the time of Christ and the apostles. So, what is it? Could it be the spirit of Babylon? Research the kind of things Rome did during it's heyday, and you will find similarities in different kingdoms throughout the generations of the time of the Gentiles. You can also look at the apostasy of the Roman Catholic religion and find a complete fulfillment of the prophecies relating to Mystery Babylon as well.

Adam Clarke explains in his commentaries about the book of Revelation being a perpetual prophecy; every world superpower would follow the form and function of pagan Rome during the times of the apostles. Right now, the current ruler of the world is America. If you look at the symbolism and practices of America, it matches Pagan Rome almost exactly. The Abomination of Desolation during the time of the apostles were the Roman standards, or Roman flags, that were placed in the temple of God. These standards, or flags, were adorned with many things, but primarily with statues of eagles. What country's national symbol is the eagle?

One day, I was sleeping and I had a dream from the Lord. I saw a woman crowned with a crown of stars holding in her arms a large red dragon. The dragon started kissing and 'making out' with the woman very passionately. People stood off to the left of them and watched in awe and amazement. Then, suddenly, the dragon turned and looked to me and said, "I have power to kill and to make war." It looked over to a large blue globe, apparently the earth, and breathed smoke from its mouth all over the globe. The cloud of smoke spun and tumbled around the earth, with weapons, mens' arms, and wars and fightings coming from within the cloud covered the entire globe. When the smoke came towards me, it vanished suddenly, and I saw Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr (it may have been Alexander Hamilton, I am not too sure) sitting with their elbows on a desk with their hands on their faces looking as if they were extremely bored. Below them I saw some writing which roughly explained Lewis and Clark's expedition across the United States was successful, making the Manifest Destiny of America complete, which was for America to inhabit land that would cover from one end of the ocean to the other. However, now that America had conquered all the land it needed, America was now bored. When I awoke, the Lord revealed to me the damage and destruction caused by America occurred right after this time period, making America today's Mystery Babylon, which has profited off the wars and various excursions of war throughout the entire world.

Hail King Jesus Christ, the one deserving of all honor, glory, and praise! Bless His Holy Name in song, dance, speech, and acts! Bless His Holy Name in everything you do! Oh yeah, His Holy Name is JESUS!!! You know, the Son of Man who walked on earth 2000 years ago in Galilee and Judea; the one who healed the sick, cleansed the lepers, raised the dead; was betrayed into the hands of sinful men, died on the cross to give His creation (that's right! Jesus is God!) a sacrifice to release us from our deserving punishment for sin: death, and rose physically from the dead on the third day to take captivity captive and to lead all those who were lost in salvation and the glorious light of God's wondrous mystery: JESUS CHRIST, THE RISEN SON OF GOD!!!

Glory to God in the highest, grace, mercy, and peace upon all those in Babylon. Praise the LORD Jesus Christ, the risen Son of God!
